Hey peeps!
EXAMS ARE OVER :D so people are very free now, and now, we shall start our class chalet plans! ^^ ok. but before that, HAND IN THE BIRTHDAY CARDS!!!!!!!!!!

so this time round, instead of just a few deciding and planning everything, lets get the whole class involve! basically, everyone would be split up into groups and each of the group would be incharge of its own area. so there are 4 groups:

Adminstrative
- tally attendance and book chalet on the date after discussing with the whole class
- be incharge of collecting money for costs of chalet booking
- determine budget for every events (being tresurers)
- inform the whole class about the dates, attendance, venue, as well as a rough schedule for each day.
- inform the class of things-to-bring for chalet
- confirm with bbq team about the number of people attending bbq and also the date for bbq
- other things which you can think of

BBQ event
- catering of food for the event
- asking budget and attendance for the event
- to carry the food or order delivery(if you have spare budget) from the place
- try not to order too much food
- anything else in bbq event

Food
- buy or plan something to settle our classmates stomachs!
- to take care of utensils, plates etc if needed
- buy mineral water etc...
- are you going to cook something for the class?

Recreation
- plan games for class bonding
- do bring movies so that whole class can watch:D
- remind class to bring cards or things that can play
- check if the chalet has DVD player etc...
- is the class going to swim? if yes, ask class to bring swimsuits

ok. so thats roughly the plan. as for groupings, most likely, you would be working with people close to you, so that things can be done better. if you have any preference to be in any group, tell me. for groupings, we will decide later:D
and also,
most importantly,
a survey link would be posted so to ask the class about their opinions on chalet!
